AI experiments are easy to demonstrate and harder to operationalise. A real product needs a clear user journey, useful data boundaries, permissions, feedback loops, failure handling, observability and a reason for users to return. The practical question is not whether a model can produce an impressive response. It is whether the system can reliably support a meaningful workflow while keeping people informed and in control.
